Pay-As-You-Go

If your preference is to pay for technology support as the need arises, Valueforge has two plans from which to choose.

Multi-Rate Plan

Our Multi‐Rate plan offers a greatly reduced service rate for basic desktop and laptop support, with our standard rate applying to issues involving the network infrastructure, servers and third‐party or network software.

Flat‐Rate Pan

Our Flat‐Rate plan offers a reduced rate for services regardless of the type of technology support you require. This rate falls between the desktop rate of the Multi‐Rate plan, and the standard rate.

Depending on the level of expertise you have in‐house, one of our Pay‐As‐You‐Go plans will offer financial benefits over the other. We will be happy to assist you in choosing the plan with the most cost-effective fee structure for you needs.
