Modified Service Plans

Valueforge offers its clients a UNIQUE plan that allows the purchase of a combination of monthly scheduled and unscheduled support hours at discounted rates by making an annual commitment. The specific discounts are dependent on the total volume of hours purchased.

What makes this plan UNIQUE is that, unlike conventional service agreements, Valueforge does NOT operate on the “use‐it or lose‐it” principle … we do not confiscate unused hours at the end of each month. All unused time is refunded to you or applied to the next’s quarter’s payments after adjusting for any rate change due to volume considerations.
